Sales of electric cars reached 3.92 thousand in fourth quarter of 2022 in Romania, according to ACEA. This is 20.3% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, sales of electric cars in Romania reached an all time high of 4.43 thousand in 4Q2021 and an all time low of 0.005 thousand in 1Q2016.
Romania has been ranked 16th within the group of 30 countries we follow in terms of sales of electric cars.
