Sales of electric cars reached 2.52 thousand in fourth quarter of 2022 in Iceland, according to ACEA. This is 30.2% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, sales of electric cars in Iceland reached an all time high of 2.74 thousand in 2Q2022 and an all time low of 0.481 thousand in 4Q2019.
Iceland has been ranked 19th within the group of 30 countries we follow in terms of sales of electric cars.
