Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Japan ranked the highest in sales of manufactured cigarettes in pieces with 183,300 mil followed by Germany and Italy. On the other end of the scale was Iceland with 214 mil, Malta with 457 mil and Cyprus with 1,278 mil.
