Sales of all tobacco products in pieces reached 8,621 tonnes in 2011 in Portugal, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 2.33% more than in the previous year.
Historically, sales of all tobacco products in pieces in Portugal reached an all time high of 15,097 tonnes in 1992 and an all time low of 3,280 tonnes in 1940.
