Based on a comparison of 46 countries in 2016, China ranked the highest in road transport freight measured by mil tonne-km with 5,795,570 mil tonne-km followed by USA and India. On the other end of the scale was Montenegro with 121 mil tonne-km, Armenia with 479 mil tonne-km and Georgia with 674 mil tonne-km.
