Based on a comparison of 78 countries in 2010, Luxembourg ranked the highest in road sector energy consumption as a share of total with 51.4% followed by Albania and Kyrgyzstan. On the other end of the scale was Uzbekistan with 3.76%, Turkmenistan with 3.91% and Tajikistan with 4.41%.
