Based on a comparison of 4 countries in 2015, Azerbaijan ranked the highest in road as a percentage of inland freight transport with 71.4% followed by Belarus and Ukraine. On the other end of the scale was Georgia with 13.5%, Ukraine with 36.3% and Belarus with 38.0%.
