Rice production reached 3,393 kt in 2022 in Sri Lanka, according to Faostat. This is 34.1% less than in the previous year.
Historically, rice production in Sri Lanka reached an all time high of 5,150 kt in 2021 and an all time low of 764 kt in 1965.
