Based on a comparison of 155 countries in 2013, China ranked the highest in Rice (Paddy Equivalent) - Consumption Net with 162,400,555 tonnes followed by India and Indonesia. On the other end of the scale was Iceland with 1,927 tonnes, Montenegro with 2,088 tonnes and Malta with 3,188 tonnes.
