Based on a comparison of 164 countries in 2021, Gambia ranked the highest in rice consumption per capita with 370 kg followed by Comoros and Myanmar. On the other end of the scale was Tunisia with 1.23 kg, Belgium with 1.63 kg and Bulgaria with 1.99 kg.
