Retail loans reached USD 2,873 bil in 2022 in Japan, according to the National Central Bank. This is 12.3% less than in the previous year.
Historically, retail loans in Japan reached an all time high of USD 3,868 bil in 2011 and an all time low of USD 2,613 bil in 2014.
