Retail loans reached USD 9.81 bil in 2017 in Iceland, according to the National Central Bank. This is 16.4% more than in the previous year.
Historically, retail loans in Iceland reached an all time high of USD 13.3 bil in 2007 and an all time low of USD 1.09 bil in 1997.
