Retail Loans (Local Currency) in Bangladesh

Retail loans reached BDT 546,256 bil in 2022 in Bangladesh, according to the National Central Bank. This is 42.5% less than in the previous year.

Historically, retail loans in Bangladesh reached an all time high of BDT 949,850 bil in 2021 and an all time low of BDT 43,406 bil in 2004.

Bangladesh has been ranked 3rd within the group of 47 countries we follow in terms of retail loans.
