Retail Deposits (As % of GDP)

Based on a comparison of 23 countries in 2023, Cyprus ranked the highest in retail deposits as a share of GDP with 135% followed by Malta and Spain. On the other end of the scale was Romania with 22.4%, Poland with 32.5% and Ireland with 32.9%.
