Based on a comparison of 63 countries in 2014, Tajikistan ranked the highest in Real Gross Wage Growth (USD) with 10.2% followed by Armenia and Azerbaijan. On the other end of the scale was Russia with -37.3%, Ukraine with -29.7% and Mongolia with -18.1%.
