Pupils learning English at ISCED level 3 (As % of total)

Based on a comparison of 29 countries in 2012, Liechtenstein ranked the highest in pupils learning english at isced level 3 as a percentage of total with 100% followed by Malta and Czechia. On the other end of the scale was Norway with 43.0%, Portugal with 53.1% and Iceland with 72.5%.
