Based on a comparison of 144 countries in 2021, India ranked the highest in total pulse consumption with 14,612,000 kt followed by Nigeria and Ethiopia. On the other end of the scale was Albania with 1,000 kt, Jamaica with 1,000 kt and Bulgaria with 1,000 kt.
