Public Spending on Education (As % of Government Expenditure) in Sri Lanka

Public spending on education as a share of government expenditure reached 9.90% in 2019 in Sri Lanka, according to World Bank. This is 12.6% less than in the previous year.

Historically, public spending on education as a share of government expenditure in Sri Lanka reached an all time high of 17.7% in 2016 and an all time low of 8.27% in 2009.
