Production of Skimmed Cows' Milk in European Union

Production of skimmed cows' milk reached 52,986 kt in 2014 in the European Union, according to Faostat. This is 1.44% less than in the previous year.

Historically, production of skimmed cows' milk in the European Union reached an all time high of 72,004 kt in 1983 and an all time low of 46,095 kt in 1964.
