Production of Passenger Cars in Mexico

Production of passenger cars reached 967 thousand in 2020 in Mexico, according to ACEA. This is 30.7% less than in the previous year.

Historically, production of passenger cars in Mexico reached an all time high of 1,993 thousand in 2016 and an all time low of 699 thousand in 1995.

Mexico has been ranked 12th within the group of 50 countries we follow in terms of production of passenger cars.
