Production of Cows' Milk Butter (incl. dehydrated butter and ghee) and Other Fats and Oils in Spain

Production of cows' milk butter reached 40.8 kt in 2016 in Spain, according to Eurostat. This is 10.6% more than in the previous year.

Historically, production of cows' milk butter in Spain reached an all time high of 57.5 kt in 2005 and an all time low of 18.8 kt in 1994.
