Based on a comparison of 36 countries in 2014, South Sudan ranked the highest in production of cheese (goats' milk with 110,750 tonnes followed by France and Sudan. On the other end of the scale was Malta with 7.00 tonnes, Turkey with 73.0 tonnes and Kazakhstan with 375 tonnes.
