Production of cars per 1,000 people reached 10.1 vehicles in 2020 in Iran, according to ACEA. This is 6.56% more than in the previous year.
Historically, production of cars per 1,000 people in Iran reached an all time high of 18.8 vehicles in 2011 and an all time low of 1.12 vehicles in 1996.
