Production of Cars (As % of Worldwide Production) in Iran

Production of cars as a share of worldwide production reached 1.60% in 2023 in Iran, according to ACEA. This is 1.36% less than in the previous year.

Historically, production of cars as a share of worldwide production in Iran reached an all time high of 2.45% in 2009 and an all time low of 0.247% in 1997.

Iran has been ranked 11th within the group of 49 countries we follow in terms of production of cars as a share of worldwide production.
