Production of Acidified Cows' Milk (yoghurts and other) in Bulgaria

Production of acidified cows' milk reached 152 kt in 2016 in Bulgaria, according to Eurostat. This is 9.81% more than in the previous year.

Historically, production of acidified cows' milk in Bulgaria reached an all time high of 163 kt in 2007 and an all time low of 134 kt in 2008.

Bulgaria has been ranked 15th within the group of 30 countries we follow in terms of production of acidified cows' milk.
