Price of Cigarettes (As % of Average U.S. Price)

Based on a comparison of 165 countries in 2016, Australia ranked the highest in price of cigarettes as a percentage of average U.S. price with 246% followed by New Zealand and Norway. On the other end of the scale was Cayman Islands with 0%, Syria with 4.20% and Paraguay with 5.60%.
