Based on a comparison of 16 countries in 2017, Switzerland ranked the highest in average power of new cars sold with 125 kW followed by Luxembourg and Norway. On the other end of the scale was Italy with 79.6 kW, Portugal with 82.2 kW and Denmark with 84.7 kW.
