Based on a comparison of 31 countries in 2015, Norway ranked the highest in postal letter boxes per 1,000 people with 2.56 followed by Sweden and Estonia. On the other end of the scale was Serbia with 0.214, Latvia with 0.533 and Spain with 0.538.
