Based on a comparison of 121 countries in 2021, China ranked the highest in population in cities of more than 1 million with 420 mil followed by India and USA. On the other end of the scale was Norway with 1.06 mil, Nicaragua with 1.07 mil and Georgia with 1.08 mil.
