Petrol passenger cars as a share of total cars reached 72.2% in 2016 in Hungary, according to the National Statistical Office. This is 1.58% more than in the previous year.
Historically, petrol passenger cars as a share of total cars in Hungary reached an all time high of 99.2% in 1990 and an all time low of 71.1% in 2015.
