Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Germany ranked the highest in People 60 years and older At-risk-of-poverty with 4,009 '000 followed by United Kingdom and Italy. On the other end of the scale was Iceland with 5.00 '000, Luxembourg with 8.00 '000 and Malta with 21.0 '000.
