Based on a comparison of 31 countries in 2015, Ireland ranked the highest in participation rates in education - 17 years with 101% followed by Slovenia and Portugal. On the other end of the scale was Macedonia with 0.400%, Turkey with 72.3% and Malta with 74.2%.
