Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2012, Finland ranked the highest in Participation in Tertiary Education (ISCED 1997) by Field of Education - Total - Second stage of tertiary education leading to an advanced research qualification (level 6) - Males - As % of Population Aged 25-29 with 5.70% followed by Austria and Germany. On the other end of the scale was Macedonia with 0.200%, Malta with 0.300% and Spain with 0.800%.
