Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2012, Finland ranked the highest in Participation in Tertiary Education (ISCED 1997) by Field of Education - Total - Second stage of tertiary education leading to an advanced research qualification (level 6) - Females - As % of Population Aged 25-29 with 6.70% followed by Austria and Switzerland. On the other end of the scale was Malta with 0.200%, Macedonia with 0.300% and Turkey with 0.700%.
