Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2012, Ireland ranked the highest in Participation in Tertiary Education (ISCED 1997) by Field of Education - Science, mathematics and computing - First and second stage of tertiary education (levels 5 and 6) - Males - As % of Population Aged 25-29 with 12.3% followed by Iceland and Finland. On the other end of the scale was Romania with 2.40%, Luxembourg with 2.50% and Bulgaria with 3.40%.
