Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2012, Finland ranked the highest in Participation in Tertiary Education (ISCED 1997) by Field of Education - Engineering, manufacturing and construction - First stage of tertiary education not leading directly to an advanced research qualification (level 5) - Males - As % of Population Aged 25-29 with 33.2% followed by Lithuania and Slovenia. On the other end of the scale was Luxembourg with 1.80%, Malta with 4.50% and Macedonia with 5.10%.
