Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2012, Finland ranked the highest in Participation in Tertiary Education (ISCED 1997) by Field of Education - Engineering, manufacturing and construction - First and second stage of tertiary education (levels 5 and 6) - Males - As % of Population Aged 25-29 with 35.4% followed by Lithuania and Slovenia. On the other end of the scale was Luxembourg with 2.00%, Malta with 4.50% and Macedonia with 5.10%.
