Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2012, Finland ranked the highest in Participation in Tertiary Education (ISCED 1997) by Field of Education - Engineering, manufacturing and construction - First and second stage of tertiary education (levels 5 and 6) - Females - As % of Population Aged 25-29 with 8.90% followed by Sweden and Slovenia. On the other end of the scale was Luxembourg with 0.500%, Malta with 1.70% and United Kingdom with 1.80%.
