Based on a comparison of 111 countries in 2020, China ranked the highest in paper and paperboard production with 87,800,000 kt followed by USA and Germany. On the other end of the scale was Senegal with 138 kt, Kyrgyzstan with 700 kt and Burkina Faso with 944 kt.
