Based on a comparison of 32 countries in 2016, Latvia ranked the highest in Older People 65 years and over At-risk-of-poverty with 38.1 followed by Estonia and Croatia. On the other end of the scale was Slovakia with 5.70, Hungary with 6.80 and Luxembourg with 7.90.
