Number of sexual violence recorded by the police reached 497 in 2009 in Belarus, according to the United Nations. This is 1.02% more than in the previous year.
Historically, number of sexual violence recorded by the police in Belarus reached an all time high of 819 in 2005 and an all time low of 492 in 2008.
