Number of Pigs Holders by Herd Size (Animals)

Based on a comparison of 18 countries in 2005, Romania ranked the highest in number of pigs holders with a herd size of animals with 2,604 '000 followed by Poland and Hungary. On the other end of the scale was Sweden with 3.00 '000, Finland with 3.00 '000 and Belgium with 8.00 '000.
