Number of Passenger Cars (Eurostat)

Based on a comparison of 3 countries in 2015, Belarus ranked the highest in number of passenger cars with 3.04 mil followed by Azerbaijan and Georgia. On the other end of the scale was Georgia with 0.895 mil, Azerbaijan with 1.13 mil and Belarus with 3.04 mil.
