Based on a comparison of 7 countries in 2012, Greece ranked the highest in number of cigarettes sold per capita with 2,176 per year followed by Hungary and Belgium. On the other end of the scale was Norway with 932 per year, Ireland with 995 per year and Portugal with 1,223 per year.
