Based on a comparison of 31 countries in 2014, Chile ranked the highest in number of aids cases per 1 mil people inhabitants with 50.4 followed by Mexico and Portugal. On the other end of the scale was Slovakia with 1.11, Turkey with 1.25 and New Zealand with 1.55.
