Non-performing loans reached SKR 500 bil in second quarter of 2021 in Sri Lanka, according to the National Central Bank. This is 11.3% more than in the previous quarter.
Historically, non-performing loans in Sri Lanka reached an all time high of SKR 500 bil in 2Q2021 and an all time low of SKR 99.3 bil in 4Q2011.
Sri Lanka has been ranked 18th within the group of 55 countries we follow in terms of non-performing loans.
