Non-Performing Loans (Local Currency) in Rwanda

Non-performing loans reached RWF 135 bil in 2018 in Rwanda, according to the National Central Bank. This is 5.48% less than in the previous year.

Historically, non-performing loans in Rwanda reached an all time high of RWF 143 bil in 2017 and an all time low of RWF 48.6 bil in 2009.

Rwanda has been ranked 31st within the group of 83 countries we follow in terms of non-performing loans.
