Non-Performing Loans (Local Currency) in Malawi

Non-performing loans reached MWK 44.7 bil in 2020 in Malawi, according to the National Central Bank. This is 11.1% more than in the previous year.

Historically, non-performing loans in Malawi reached an all time high of MWK 60.0 bil in 2017 and an all time low of MWK 31.4 bil in 2018.
