Non-performing loans reached BWP 2.73 bil in second quarter of 2021 in Botswana, according to the National Central Bank. This is 5.26% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, non-performing loans in Botswana reached an all time high of BWP 3.18 bil in 3Q2019 and an all time low of BWP 0.700 bil in 1Q2012.
Botswana has been ranked 46th within the group of 55 countries we follow in terms of non-performing loans.
