Non-performing loans as a share of bank loans reached 4.44% in third quarter of 2023 in Zambia, according to the National Central Bank. This is 1.66% less than in the previous quarter.
Historically, non-performing loans as a share of bank loans in Zambia reached an all time high of 27.2% in 4Q2009 and an all time low of 3.91% in 2Q2008.
